  • 12 oz (340 g) pasta

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) white wine (optional) or extra vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta:
    • Boil a large pot of water seasoned with salt.
    • Add the pasta.
    • Cook until al dente.
    • Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the ingredients:
