Bombay sandwich ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of green chutney
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 tablespoon Sev
Directions:
- Prepare the vegetables:
- Slice the onion, tomato, and cucumber into thin slices.
- Heat a pot full of water.
- Boil the potatoes for about 5–8 minutes.
