  • 2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 4 slices of bread 
  • 4 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tbsp spring onion
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • salt as per taste
  • pepper as per taste

Directions-Schezwan Grilled Cheese:

  1. Prepare the vegetables:
    • Dice the red bell pepper and chop the spring onions.
  2. Prepare the butter sesame:
    • Heat the pan or non-stick skillet over medium heat.
    • Add 1 teaspoon of butter and 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds.
    • Roast for 1 minute until it is golden brown.
    • Add Schezwan sauce and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Prepare the bread:
    • Now, place the bread on the non-stick skillet or pan.
    • Spread 1 tablespoon of sesame Schezwan sauce on both sides of the bread.
